These terms apply to every purchase from ElizabethHoweSpells.com. The site is operated by Novo Industries Inc., an Alberta corporation, doing business as Elizabeth Howe Spells. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, such as GST or HST for customers in Canada. Your card issuer may charge a currency conversion fee.
Each spell is a personalized digital product: a video of a spell written for you, your sigil artwork, and the written words of your spell, delivered by email and on your order page. The Ash & Sigil keepsake box is an optional physical product.
All spells are sold for entertainment and personal reflection only. We make no claim and give no guarantee that any spell will cause, change or influence any event, person, relationship, health, money or outcome. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Elizabeth Howe is a fictional character inspired by the historical Elizabeth Howe of Topsfield, Massachusetts. Her videos are AI-produced portrayals. The spells are written with the help of AI, checked automatically against our rules, and reviewed by our team when a request needs it.
You must be 18 or older. We will not perform any spell meant to harm, punish, frighten or control another person, any spell concerning a minor, or any spell about a medical condition. We may decline any order, and a declined order is refunded in full.
You may name another adult in a love, harmony or protection spell, using their first name only. We never create spells meant to control, compel, harm or punish another person, and a spell never says that the person named will feel, decide or do anything because of it. Please name only someone you know would be comfortable with it.
Each spell is cast on the night its traditional moon phase allows, shown before you pay. Your video is delivered by email on that night. If a delay on our side moves your casting, we will tell you the new date by email.
The Ash & Sigil keepsake box is US$195. Chosen at checkout, a spell with the box is US$290. A box can also be added later from your order page for US$195. The notes Elizabeth sends one week and three nights before your casting may offer the box at 5% off (US$185.25). A creator code gives 10% off the box instead; discounts never combine.
Boxes ship to Canada and the United States within a week of your casting night. Shipping is included in the price. Each box is handmade from your own spell, so contents vary slightly. If a box arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days and we will replace it.
If you are unhappy with your spell, press Ask for my free recast on your order page, or write to us, within 30 days of your casting night. Elizabeth will perform one free recast at the next matching moon, with a new video. Because each spell is personal and delivered digitally, we do not give cash refunds once a spell has been cast, except where required by law.
You receive a full refund if we decline your order, or if we fail to deliver your video within 14 days of the scheduled casting night; a late video is refunded automatically. To cancel before your casting night, press Cancel my order on your order page, or email us, at least 48 hours ahead, and your payment is refunded in full at once. To cancel only a keepsake box before it ships, press Cancel my box on your order page, or email us, and the box price is refunded; your spell goes ahead as planned. If you are charged twice for the same thing by mistake, the extra payment is refunded automatically.
Some social media creators work with us. A creator code gives you 10% off the spell and the box. It cannot be combined with any other offer. When you use a creator's code or link, that creator earns a commission of 15% of what you paid before tax. The commission does not change your price.
Creators who work with us may receive a spell and box free of charge. Creators we work with must say clearly, in each post itself, that they received the product free and earn a commission, for example with #ad or "gifted", as Canada's Competition Act and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission require. A code or link alone is not enough. If you see a post about us without that disclosure, please tell us at hello@elizabethhowespells.com.
We never pay for, write or edit reviews. Creators say what they think in their own words. We repost a creator's video only with their written permission.
If something is wrong with your order, please email us first. We answer within one business day and will make it right under these terms. Filing a card dispute for a spell that was delivered as described may lead us to share proof of delivery, including your order details and video, with the card issuer.
If events outside our control, such as service outages, severe weather or postal disruptions, delay a casting or a box, we will email you a new date. If we cannot deliver within 14 days of the new date, you receive a full refund.
Your video, sigil and spell words are for your personal use. You may keep and share them. The Elizabeth Howe character, images, text and designs remain the property of Novo Industries Inc. Spell words are written with the help of AI, checked automatically, and reviewed by our team when a request needs it.
Burning is optional, and we do not ask or require you to do it. Some people choose to burn their sigil after the spell. If you do, use a fireproof dish, keep it away from anything that can catch fire, never leave it alone, and follow your local fire rules. You can also keep it, fold it, or bury it. If you choose to use fire, you do so at your own risk, and we are not responsible for injury or damage that results.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for decisions you make or outcomes you experience after receiving a spell.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
